This is a single session aimed at eliminating traumatic events, smoking or fears and phobias. This session uses a combination of NLP, life coaching & hypnotherapy. The sessions aim is to focus on targeting habits, and therefore removing the issue.

Hypnotherapy Recording: £19.95
Get a recording of the session especially for you on the hypnotherapy. This can be used after the session and is unique to you.

If you’re experiencing anxiety, insomnia, stress, low self-esteem or procrastinating and you want to move forward this package is for you.

This session is focused on anyone who has been stuck for a prolonged period. Perhaps you have long term anxiety, severe depression, or long-term stress. We will get to the cause of the problem in your life and get you back to where you want to be.
